The plot of the game puts the players in the role of Sergeant Matt Baker, one of the soldiers of 101st Airborne Division during Operation Market Garden in the late phases of World War 2. Brothers in Arms' third entry was said to be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and in PC in the year 2008. It has many new features that includes the ability to order a new team from a selection of new specialized units (bazooka teams,teams with machine guns, mortar teams, as well as teams from the radio with which to call in artillery support) . When a command is issued, the player uses hand signals to the order for his group, like the previous games in the series. The player also has the ability to hide behind objects, which is an integral part of the strategy games.

Another new ps3 games to be release on the second quarter of 2008. The forthcoming game from the Kojima Productions comes the new ps3 game series: "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots". The game was designed with the motto, "No Place to Hide!"
